limiting access to their sites may be the ONLY way to prevent a re-occurrence of the Stuxnet worm that set back their program earlier. It should come as little surprise to anyone that they would not want their security breached again. Maybe if they had all of the IAEA inspectors agree to enter the facility after a Homeland Security type inspection would ease the tension and suspicions.
