Group seeks to re-vote on birth control clot risk

Filed under: Pharma Whacked — 8:17 am

Re-vote because of conflicts of interest with Pharma… Pretty bad idea to have people making life and death decisions obligated to pharmaceutical companies. Kinda like the fox guarding the hen house. How many more cases like this exist in the FDA??

Vitamins Tied to Higher Death Rates in Older Women in Study

More of the MSM program to outlaw supplements and apparently vitamins. There is legislation pending to outlaw OTC distribution of all supplements and it would appear also vitamins. The BIG PHARMA lobbyists have done there job well, and those of us that refuse to use prescription drugs are screwed…

Saw palmetto no better than placebo for prostate problems

Filed under: Congress Whacked,Pharma Whacked — 8:24 pm

This is how it starts, watch for more ‘negative’ reports on OTC supplements. There is legislation in the works to ban the sale of supplements without a prescription. I would suspect that they (supplements) will be demonized by the MSM. It would be interesting to see who is funding this type of research.

The more expensive the drug, the less likely there is a shortage of it, experts have noticed. Cheaper, older generic products have smaller profit margins and fewer pharmaceutical companies want to be involved in making them.
